A former corporate consultant turned social entrepreneur, after two decades leading cultural transformation work across industries, she founded Mission Equality to close the gap between the values we talk about and the systems we actually live inside.
Lea’s approach blends strategic rigour with deep humanity to bridge the gap between the systemic and the personal. She supports leaders and teams to unlearn the habits of extraction and rebuild cultures grounded in trust, integrity and freedom.
