Meet Lea Jovy, Founder of Mission Equality CIC
Lea Jovy is a strategist, educator and social entrepreneur with over two decades of experience inside organisations navigating cultural transformation, systemic change and organisational accountability.
She founded Mission Equality CIC because she kept seeing the same gaps – in workplaces and in education – and decided to build the tools and spaces to close them.
