The education-to-employment pipeline isn’t working.
We’re building what comes next – a learning-to-leadership pipeline focused on the four competencies people actually need to lead: emotional management, communication, leadership, and achieving equality.
In-person at community learning hubs. Online with a planet-building game. For teens and adults, together.
The skills gap isn’t new but it’s never been more urgent.
We’re deploying agentic AI into organisations run by leaders who’ve never been taught to manage themselves. We’re asking young people to navigate an AI-driven world while educating them for one that no longer exists.
The missing piece – in boardrooms and classrooms alike – is the same: the foundational human skills that make everything else possible: Emotional management. Communication. Leadership. Achieving equality.
These are the operating system every person and every organisation needs – and almost nobody is building them intentionally or deliberately. In the meantime, almost all of our social systems continue to be unfit for purpose.
Two tracks. One mission.
We’re rebuilding the learning-to-leadership pipeline through two complementary pathways,
one rooted ‘locally’, the other designed to scale globally.
Community Learning Hubs
Multi-age, in-person learning communities where teens and adults skill up together — in the four competencies, in spaces that connect people to each other, to local organisations and to more meaningful work happening around them.
Current stage: building on the POP Hove pilot. Application submitted to Awards for All to expand the model locally in Brighton & Hove, UK.
The Planet Building Game
A first-of-its-kind digital pathway from learning to leadership, in development with a values-aligned games developer. Players build skills, collaborate, and develop and test ideas — with the best going on to be funded in the real world, beyond the game.
Current stage: concept development complete. Funding application in progress to develop a prototype and test with pilot gamers.
What we’ve already built

YWCA Partnership
A year-long cross-border collaboration, to design a new anti-racism curriculum for YWCA SE Wisconsin (2023).

POP Hove Pilot
A 12-week learning project for teens in Hove that informs the hub model we’re now scaling (2025).

Wheel of Colonisation
Original IP looking at how colonial logic shows up across all systems in western society.

Black Papers
Occasional in-depth analysis on systemic issues and solutions.
