From the beginning of Mission Equality CIC, we made a commitment to sharing our thoughts, strategies and approaches as transparently as we could. We decided to write and release a series of “Black Papers” (our version of ‘white papers’) as part of this commitment. Below you can see the current and previous Black Papers we’ve released along the way.
On doing education differently…
A Black Paper, released at the end of 2025, in which we share the details of our 12-week pilot to ‘do education differently’ – by running an in-person learning hub to achieve proof of concept.
On our vision of equality…
Our first Black Paper, released in 2023, in which we outlined our long term vision and how we originally planned to get there. The paper shares a number of core frameworks we use across all of our work.
